The objective of the BDBA is to encourge consumers to come into the downtown core. Businesses that are not within the boundary will not receive any benefits from our activities. To prevent the tendancy for "out of boundary" businesses from diluting the focus of the BDBA, we choose to simply not accept them into membership.
