A 40-something, mother of 2, Michele has been a resident of Pickering for the past 25 years. She has always been impressed by the many interesting local scenic views. Largely self-taught, sketching at an early age, she was encouraged to use different mediums, amoung her favourites are charcoal and water colour!

Later her passion turned to oil painting. Landscapes and Floral Designs have been a rediscovered passion after spending time travelling through Italy and England.

Painting has taught her to realize that creativity is something that moves one emotionally!
